more good news for Franken
A Unanimous rulling by the MN state supreme court finds that all wrongfully rejected ballots be counted! Put this aside that Franken could take the lead after Coleman’s contested ballots are reviewed (which appears to be the trend so far today) and this could give a lot of breathing room for court challenges and for political motivation for the Senate to go ahead and just approve the Franken certification and bypass any legal challenges that could ensue.
